It’s a mixed bag when you’re looking for new people. Some co-ops have had great luck with catered events like job fair socials, others have traveled to linemen’s rodeos and recruited the winners.
BUT, even when you DO find strong potential workers – how can you make sure that they have a fighting chance to survive long enough to be productive?
You can either manage the “changing of the guard” in your workforce – or be the victim of it.
